Refund & Return Policy

We want every customer to be happy with their purchase. Please contact us at karak@thejewelrygirls.com if for any reason you are dissatisfied with your jewelry.  We do offer refunds on purchases within 30 days after they ship depending on the item. Multiple birthstone items and family birthstone jewelry are not eligible for return due to the customized nature of the jewelry

Returns:
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we will require your order number. Please contact karak@thejewelrygirls.com to initiate your return request.

Refunds (if applicable):
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval of your refund, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

Exchanges (if applicable):
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange your jewelry for the same item, send us an email at karak@thejewelrygirls.com 

Gifts:
If the jewelry was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and they will be notified of your return.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the item is defective. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. We do recommend you use a shipping service that offers shipment tracking and/or purchasing shipping insurance. 

 

Warranty, Repairs and Resizes

Warranty: The Jewelry Girls will repair or replace products with defects for 1 year from the original date of purchase. You must provide proof of purchase.

Any modifications or additions you make to the original jewelry will void the warranty.

The warranty does not cover lost or stolen items. 

Warranty Return Procedure: Please email karak@thejewelrygirls.com with the subject "Warranty Claim."  with photos of your jewelry. Our team will reply with shipping instructions and a claim number.

Repairs: If your jewelry is not covered under warranty or there is no proof of purchase, your jewelry can be repaired for a small fee. In some cases your jewelry may not be able to be repaired and need replacement.


Resizes:  If you have ordered the wrong size, we can resize the ring for small fee. Please contact karak@thejewelrygirls.com to initiate the resize. Cost will vary on the type of item and material.
